These terms cover your use of pixiedustpathfinder.com, including the free planning tools, free accounts, the paid Pixie Dust Pathfinder program, and gift purchases. "Pixie Dust Pathfinder," "we," "us" and "our" mean Pixie Dust Pathfinder Ltd. "You" means the person using the site.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or redeeming a gift, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Pixie Dust Pathfinder is
Pixie Dust Pathfinder is an educational trip-planning program. It teaches families how the Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort works so they can make their own planning decisions. The paid program is a series of 13 lessons with homework, delivered through your online dashboard and by email, along with dashboard tools such as the dining guide, vocabulary and translator, and News.
We are not a travel agency. We do not book trips, tickets, hotels, dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections or anything else on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee that any reservation, experience or price will be available to you.
We are not affiliated with Disney
Pixie Dust Pathfinder is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates. Disney names, park names, attraction names and related terms are used only to describe the places and services our lessons teach about, and they belong to their owners.
Disney changes its parks, prices, policies, apps and booking rules often, sometimes without notice. We work to keep our lessons current, but Disney's own website, app and Cast Members are the final word on anything about your trip. Please confirm anything time-sensitive or costly with Disney before relying on it.
Your account
You need an account to use the dashboard. You must be at least 18 years old to create one. Please give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
A free account unlocks a limited set of dashboard tools at no cost. A paid account unlocks the full program described below.
Purchases and pricing
One-time price. The program is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
One resort per purchase. Each purchase covers one resort: the Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World. You choose your resort during setup, and it cannot be changed afterward. A trip to the other resort is a separate purchase.
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and may include tax where required.
Price changes. We may change the price at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
How long your access lasts
The program is paced around your trip. Lessons unlock on a schedule based on the trip dates you give us, and the schedule depends on how far away your trip is when you start. Keeping your trip dates accurate in your preferences keeps your schedule accurate.
Access to the paid dashboard ends 8 days after the trip end date on your account. After that you can still sign in to your account, for example to download a receipt, but the paid lessons and tools are no longer available.
Satisfaction guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If Pixie Dust Pathfinder isn't the right fit for you, reach out and we'll make it right.
To ask, contact us from the email address on your account. Please reach out within 14 days after your trip ends.
Gifts
When you buy the program as a gift, you pay now and we email the recipient a gift code on the date you choose. The recipient redeems the code, creates their own account, chooses their resort and sets up their own trip. The buyer does not get access to the recipient's dashboard.
Please double-check the recipient's email address. We are not responsible for a gift sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but contact us and we will help. Gift codes do not expire.
Our content and how you may use it
The lessons, emails, homework, guides, tools, illustrations and photos on this site belong to Pixie Dust Pathfinder and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for planning your own family's trips.
Please do not:
share your login, or forward, repost, resell or publish lessons or other paid content;
copy the site's content into another product, course, website or AI training set;
scrape, crawl or automatically download the site, or try to get around the login or other access controls;
use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other people using it.
Sharing what you learned with your travel party is exactly the point. Printing a page for your own family is fine.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as preferences, favorites, feedback or messages. You give us permission to use it to run and improve the program for you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Pixie Dust Pathfinder without owing you anything. We will not publish your name or words as a testimonial without asking you first.
Emails
The paid program is delivered partly by email, so buying it means we will send you lesson emails, account emails and receipts. Lesson emails, reminders and planning tips can be turned off from the emails themselves or from your preferences, and your lessons still unlock on your dashboard. Receipts and account emails are always sent. Our Privacy Policy explains the kinds of email we send.
Free tools
Our free tools, such as the Decision Toolbox, Booking Windows, the Budget Framework and the Disney Translator, give general information to help you think through your own decisions. They are not personal advice, and they do not account for every family's circumstances.
Links to other sites
Lessons and tools sometimes link to Disney's own pages or other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Ending your account
You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content. If we end your access early for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund your purchase.
Disclaimers
We put real care into Pixie Dust Pathfinder, but the site and the program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that following the program will produce any particular outcome for your trip, such as securing a particular reservation, avoiding a wait or staying within a budget.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pixie Dust Pathfinder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost reservations, travel costs, or lost enjoyment, arising from your use of the site or the program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the program is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that leads to a claim against Pixie Dust Pathfinder, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will let current Wayfinders know by email. A change never takes away access you have already paid for. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
